New Posting Guidelines!
Posting Prices:
To help improve the website and make sure that addresses are mappable, we respectfully request you please provide cross streets when listing station addresses. If no cross street is available, please use the exact address. Also, we prefer street names to interstates and routes, however they can be mixed, like this:
123 Main St (TN-1) & Cross St (US-2)
or
123 Main St & Cross St (TN-1 & US-2)
We actually prefer a combo of both the exact address and the cross street. It's what works best with the system.

Mapping Stations:
Most stations can successfully be mapped by posting the street address, or cross streets, however, a combo of the two works best, like this:
123 Main St (TN-1) & Cross St (US-2)
If the station still isn't mapping, it may not be entered in the Master Station List. I might suggest checking the MSL to see if the station is listed, or asking a senior member to check for you.

When posting highways on the Tennessee sites, please use this format:

Posting Station Names:
We generally list stations by brand. We also ask that when possible, you add the c-store name in the Comments field which will appear within () in the address line, like this:
Shell
123 Main St & Cross St (Bob's)
If the the station is an independent, just use the station's name then. Also, if you find yourself with enough room to add any additional information, just leave it out then.
Also, we ask that you not personalize your station names. Personalizing station names causes the station to only be searchable by area, and not by brand. For example:
Members searching for "Shell" stations in the drop down list would not see your station listing, which is why it should be posted as "Shell", and not "Bob's Shell". Any additional information should be placed in the Comments field which will appear within () in the address line, like this:

Posting Member Prices or Discounts:
Please post the price before discount because not everyone, especially visitors to the area, is eligible for the discounts. You can still provide the information, but please enter the information in the Comments field which will appear within () in the address line, like this:

The REGULAR PRICE is listed, and the discount information is in the address line for those eligible. Members using the discount will have to do their own math, and anything within () in the address line is ignored by the duplicate checker, and does not affect the system or mapping.
Member prices can be posted if no non-member price is available. However, you should state whether or not it's a member price, and add this in the Comments field which will appear within () in the address line, like this:
Sam's Club
123 Main St & Cross St (members)
If there is a discount offered at the pump, but the sign price is higher, please post the price listed on the sign, and add the pump price in the Comments field.

Font Casing:
We ask that you capitalize only the first letter of each word, unless it's a highway, like "US-2". The system is not currently smart enough to see "main st" and "Main St" as the same thing. The same applies to station names. Any difference can cause duplicate listings of the same station.
