Prices dropped last year about this time, although it was a couple of weeks later.

Prices are down here as well, but only very slightly. Average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline has only dropped about $.03 in the last 2 weeks.

Go figure, The price has dropped a dime at the Villages, about 100 miles north of the Port of Tampa where all the fuel comes in, yet right next to the Port the prices has dropped very little, and there is no transport costs. There is no rhyme or reason on how thes prices are set, ad if ther is, the oil companies keep it a big secret.

So much for the theory about prices rising over holiday weekends.

I saw prices drop here in Lincoln, NE. A nice change of pace compared to typical holiday weekends.
