Unfortunately, It's part of the cost of business and fuel prices could be much less without other factors affecting the price at the pump. Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. Consider using ‘other’ forms of transportation to help lower your cost. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! 12/22/2012!

Whatever rebound the economy might have been seeing will soon evaporate as energy prices skyrocket.

And the costs will be passed on to us. When gas prices do drop eventually we'll still be hit with the upcharges. They are here to stay.

Prices for everything is affected by the gas and oil costs already so I don't doublt they'll all go up higher yet...sadly we don't get an increase in our income to match the cost of living..

Private citizens and small business will take the most grief on these gas prices. Big business and our feds don't feel this hurt. We get it at the gas pump and then most of our retail shopping will hit us because of fuel cost increase - not to mention any vacation travel we might have planned for this spring and summer.

Get a vehicle with the smallest engine available. Hint its the one that gets the best MPG for typical users. And then drive it slow and steady. Speed eats fuel, shortens longevity and reduces safety all which are bad for TCO.

show me a full size pickup that doesn't drink the fuel and I will buy it. You can't run a business that needs a pickup with a prius.

You know dam well if the prices go up, it won't be just the small firms that will be jacking up the price, every company that delivers products of any type wll be charging more for their deliveries, count on it. Then the receiver of those goods will raise their prices to make up what they had to pay for the increase in fuel cost and means the CONSUMER will foot the bill and the economy will get worse. We have sufficient oil in our own country to satisfy our needs but are being 'blackmailed' by our own gov't and it's leaders(if there are any).

Remember what Nobama said,"energy prices would necessarily skyrocket". They have an agenda and if not stopped it will result in the fall of the US. We have already been turned into the laughing stock of the world because of our so-called apologetic president. He's absolutely useless!!!
